The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for issuance of direction to the respondent Circle Officer, Dighalbank, Kishanganj to consider / dispose of petitioner's application dated 13.07.2007, 05.03.2020 and 13.12.2023 and mutate her name with respect to the 1 Acre 25 decimal land situated at Village- Tulasiya, Thana No. 116, Khata No. 863, Plot No.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2920 of 2024(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/3 617, 618, 619, 622 and 623, which was settled by original land lord namely Maharaja Parvindra Thakur vide settlement dated 8th March, 1967 and further name of several settllees have been mutated in similar circumstances, but the said circle officer in connivance with local people of his own religion, sitting tight over the matter and in the meantime tying to remove her by invoking false encroachment proceeding;
(ii) for any other relief for which the petitioner may be deemed entitled to.
3. It is unfortunate that even for the disposal of a petition before a government office/revenue office/the Circle Officer, Dighalbank, Kishanganj, the petitioner, an 80 years old lady has to approach the Patna High Court.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a perusal of the petition would show that she simply wants consideration of disposal of the application which has been

5. Learned State Counsel concurs that if any petition as such is filed, the same has to be taken to its logical conclusion.
6. For the proper appreciation, this Court would expect that the petitioner will file a fresh petition alongwith all the relevant documents within four weeks from today and the Circle Officer, Dighalbank, Kishanganj is duty bound to take the same to its logical conclusion in next three months after putting all the concerned parties on notice.
7. It is made clear that the petition has to be disposed of within the time frame granted by this Court.
8. The writ petition stands disposed of.
