Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is the father of deceased Vikash Kumar. The FIR of murder is against unknown.
During investigation, wife of the deceased stated before the police that this petitioner had telephonically inquired about the whereabouts of the husband of the deceased. Since deceased was sleeping in the house his wife did not respond to that call, as such, the petitioner is under suspicion. Considering the aforesaid materials, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7674 of 2017 (3) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaudhi/successor Court in connection with Pipra Police Station Case No. 28 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
