JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that the husband of the informant was taken by the petitioner to do labour work. There were dues of wages. The allegation is that the dead body of the husband of the informant was brought in the village and the same was hurriedly cremated to destroy the sign of murder. The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that after death of the husband of the informant, his dead body was brought by the petitioner who was co-worker with him. The dead body was cremated by the villagers and after delay, just to pressurize, false case has been lodged.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada/Successor Court in connection with Kawakole(Rupao) P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015.
