The Petitioner seeks bail in Danapur P.S. Case No. 481 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2016. It has further been submitted that other co-accused has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14593 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 No. 9175 of 2017.

Keeping in view the period spent in custody by the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 481 of 2016, G.R. No. 3718 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) Shageer/- U T
