The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.537 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner no.2, namely, Satendra Kumar @ Bhola Chaudhary.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.2, namely,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21982 of 2021(2) dt.16-12-2021 2/2 Satendra Kumar @ Bhola Chaudhary is concerned. So far as petitioner no.1, namely, Sitaram Chaudhary is concerned, in view of the fact that the occurrence has taken place on trivial issue, his application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner no.1, namely, Sitaram Chaudhary, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghatti at Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.537 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
