2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 8(C) , 21 ( b ) of the NDPS Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , on secret information , a raid was conducted in which 47 packets of smack like substance (weighing 12.614 gms), Rs. 14,173/- and two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of accused persons namely Dhirendra Kumar and Govind Kanjar who were apprehended on the spot and disclosed the name and involvment of the petitioner in the present case . Petitioner has got 1 criminal antecedent of similar nature .

4. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal
