The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No.35 of 2019 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354-A, 354-D, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering an inordinate and unexplained delay of more than five months in reporting about the alleged occurrence to the police pursuant to which the first information report has been instituted, the petitioner, who is stated to be a man of clean antecedent, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial
