2. Alleging some acts of commission and omission by the petitioner while he was working as a Gramin Awash Shayak under a scheme, his services have been dispensed with. The order dated 29.01.2022() of the Deputy Development Commissioner, Siwan has been assailed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate-cum-District Programme Co-ordinator,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2883 of 2023(2) dt.20-07-2023 2/2 Siwan, (respondent no. 5), who is the appellate authority, under the guidelines.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of his appeal.

4. In view of the limited grievance regarding nonconsideration of the appeal by the District Magistrate, no issue arises for adjudication in the instant proceedings, and the writ petition need not be kept pending. The same is disposed of with direction to the District Magistrate (respondent no. 5) to consider the petitioner's appeal in accordance with the guidelines and pass a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
