2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 588 of 2023, instituted under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on information that accused persons have assembled at Parshurampur Chawk to commit loot, the informant/S.H.O, Harsidhi P.S. reached there and arrested two accused persons with country made loaded pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Name of the petitioner came in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11197 of 2025(2) dt.15-04-2025 2/2 case on the confessional statement of co-accused Irshad Alam and Sandeep Kumar who were apprehended on the spot. Petitioner has no concern with the recovered articles from the co-accused persons. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent which belongs to Excise Act. Petitioner is a young boy of 20 years. Except confessional statement of co-accused there is no material against the petitioner. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 588 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) rakhi/- U T
