This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Assaon P.S. Case No. 126 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/201/120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner no.3 is the mother-in-law of the deceased and there is specific allegation against her of torture for demand of dowry. Hence, this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.3, above named, is dismissed.

Considering the relationship of the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4 with the deceased, this bail application is allowed on behalf of petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4.

Let the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 4, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Assaon P.S.
