The Petitioner seeks bail in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 323, 342, 307, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband in a case lodged for the offences under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. He is in custody since 18.10.2016. From the complaint, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that Section 307 IPC has been added in the case to make the case serious

Keeping in view the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No., 160 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
