Petitioners are accused in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 779 of 2019 registered under Sections 379/411 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5560 of 2020 on 31.01.2020. Petitioners are in custody since 19.09.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8938 of 2020(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 779 of 2019.
