Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) IPC and Sections 8 and 12 of POCSO Act.

Considering the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr. P.C. where she is specific that no offence has been committed against her by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ara Nawada Police Station Case No.930 of 2020 with following conditions:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20847 of 2021(2) dt.23-08-2021 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
