The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 184/2018 registered under Sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against her, the marriage had taken place four years back and prior to death of the daughter of the informant, there was no complaint lodged with any authority alleging that the petitioner had been inflicting any kind of torture on the deceased.

Learned A.P.P. for the State is present and submits that so far as the F.I.R. is concerned, there are general allegation

In the given facts and circumstances of the case where it is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law and there is no specific allegation of torture against the petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 184/2018, subject to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
