The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 17.11.2017 in CWJC No.13355 of 2016.

The writ court had directed the State to expedite the settlement of the claim of the petitioner relating to difference of salary on account of merger into Bihar Education Service

Patna High Court MJC No.524 of 2019(6) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 Grade-II.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently an order has been passed by which vide memo no.889 dated 11.05.2023, the name of the petitioner has been included in the seniority list 1537(a). The said order has been passed by the office of Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna.

In that view of the matter, the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievance, if any before an appropriate authority.
