2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i. A writ in nature of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction be issued directing and calling upon respondents to produce record of Parcha Case No. 1 of 20142015 said to be initiated with respect to Khata No. 1859, Khesra No. 1281 situated at VillageRaje West, Manigacchi, District- Darbhanga and after production quash the same.

ii. A writ in nature of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction be issued directing and commanding the respondents not

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
