This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Three liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2016.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with C-132(7) of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, or successor Court.
