JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Co-accused Kunal Bind allegedly fired and caused death of his full brother Nageshwar Bind. Wife of the deceased is informant of this case and eyewitness of the occurrence. Petitioner is father of the deceased. Allegation is that he was in support of Kunal Bind in the family dispute as well as in the occurrence.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20604 of 2017 (3) dt.20-06-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Ranjay Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna/Successor Court, in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.7 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
