The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 434 of 2020 registered under Sections 384, 420, 467. 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further he submits that petitioner had given an application to the Pollution Testing Station to renewal of his license but the same was rejected saying that petitioner is an accused in a case, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Petitioner has been made accused on the confessional statement of co-accused.

No.22100 of 2021(4) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Daudnagar in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 434 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
