Case No.236 of 2014 on account thereof, have been heard together and are being decided by common order.

There was dacoity in the house of informant Jai Devi in between night of 3/4-12-2015 for which, instant case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49165 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 has been registered against unknown.

From the order impugned, it transpires that name of petitioner Binod Sahni has been on the basis of inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement of co-accused Jamil Akhtar while petitioner Govind Dev @ Govind Deo Rai cropped up on the confessional statement of Sanjay Sahni. Save and except the aforesaid event, nothing more has been collected by the Investigating Officer.

Accordingly, petitioners Binod Sahni, Govind Dev @ Govind Deo Rai are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.236 of 2014 (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) PN/- U T
