This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 3.12.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc.22809 of 2015.

It has been submitted that the Complainant had wrongly informed this Court that the Trial was at the fag end but the fact of the matter is that only charges have been framed. Be that as it may, the Judicial Magistrate, Ara, is directed to conclude the Trial of Complaint Case No. 1043C of 2013 (Tr. No. 265 of 2014) arising out of Barhara P.S. Case No. 238 of 2013 positively within a period of three months from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15919 of 2016 (3) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed off.
