The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 409/420/379/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was State Coordinator of the Company, which were providing services to the Banks for uploading cash in different ATMs. In one of the ATMs at Hajipur, the employee who had gone to load money negligently did not properly lock the machine and allegedly money was taken back by them.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he has not

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
Since there is no evidence of conspiracy or direct involvement of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.206 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
