A truck loaded with foreign wine (Indian origin) and pick-up van, whereupon wine was being kept from the truck, were intercepted and there has been recovery in terms of the seizure list therefrom. The persons present there managed to escape. It has further been disclosed that raid was conducted on getting confidential information that the wine Mafia Kamal Sahani and Suresh Sahani have borrowed the same. That means to say, irrespective of the fact that the persons, who escaped therefrom, did not find proper identification but, in preoccupied manner presence of Kamal Sahani and Suresh Sahani has been. More over, Suresh Sahani has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No. 9083/2020.

No.13762 of 2020(2) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 Consequent thereupon, let the petitioner Kamal Sahani, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in Karja P.S.Case No. 342/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
