====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 24-03-2025 The present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. The petitioner is directed to give a suitable representation to the concerned authority i.e. Respondent Nos. 3 & 5 within a period of three weeks from today. On such

Patna High Court CWJC No.3148 of 2024(8) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 representation being given, the authority shall consider the same on its own merits and pass necessary orders. In case, the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine, the authority shall take necessary steps for payment of the amount due to the petitioner. In case, the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is not legally tenable, the authority shall pass a reasoned order giving reasons for rejection of the claim of the petitioner. It is needless to observe that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of representation from the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above observation, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
