The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 323/324/379/504/349 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that there is some dispute between the informant and the petitioners which has led to the filing of the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also drawn my attention to the counter case filed by the present petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances and the nature of

No.4960 of 2016 (4) dt.09-05-2016 P2/2 allegations and also that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 209/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
