Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 and 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is suspicion against the petitioners of commission of murder of the son of the informant. Co-accused Shailendra Rai who had called the victim on a mobile phone has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1187 of 2017. Petitioners are not named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
