The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is a woman having age of more than 72 yrs. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22138 of 2021(2) dt.28-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
