1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writ, order/orders, direction/directions, commanding the respondent authorities to take over Maniyari Hospital, Maniyari, Muzaffarpur, which was established in the year 1932. This writ application is being filed for further directing the respondent authorities to consider the taking over process within a certain stipulated period."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the stand of the respondent-State, as has been mentioned in paragraph no.6 of the counter affidavit filed in the present case, wherein it has been stated that the decision of the Health Department has already been communicated to the petitioner, vide letter dated 15.02.2011, to the effect that there is no basis for taking over the aforesaid hospital in question, as far as the State Government is concerned, it is prayed that the matter be given a quietus and the present writ petition be disposed off.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
