The present contempt application has been filed for enforcement of the order of this Court dated 23.7.2007 passed in CWJC No. 2188 of 2007 in which the direction was given to include the name of the petitioner in the list and immediately post him against the vacant post in the Department of Labour Employment and Training within two weeks from the date of presentation/communication of the order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, the aforesaid order has not been complied with. He further
Patna High Court MJC No.4112 of 2016(5) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 submits that in view of the statement made in paragraph nos. 5 & 6, this application should be disposed of giving direction to the opposite party no.3, the Director Directorate and Appointment and Training, Government of Bihar. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation before the respondent no.3 bringing all the facts to his notice, will look into the matter and take a decision expeditiously.
With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
