This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 36 of the Bihar Excise Act.

Five liters country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 567 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court.
