21-08-2018 Referring to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2, 3 & 4, learned counsel for the State submits that the cheque bearing No. 763288 dated 01.10.2016 for Rs. 37,252/- has been issued to the petitioner and the same was deposited by him in his account existing in the Bihar Gramin Bank, Purabsarai, Munger. Even though there is no statement that the said cheque has been encashed. Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the said cheque has been duly encashed in the account of the petitioner.
No one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this application.
Taking note of the aforesaid submissions, this contempt application is dismissed.
