1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents specially Respondent No. 3 i.e. Regional Director, Passport Sewa Kendra, Patna to issue Passport in favour of the petitioner for which the petitioner has duly applied and submitted all required documents before the competent authority and as such he is legally for the same as he is in need of the Passport in order to complete his religious journey to the Foreign Country i.e. Haz-Yatra."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3, i.e. the Regional Director, Passport Sewa Kendra (P.S.K.) (RPO) D. Block, Maurya Lok Complex, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, by filing appropriate representation, annexing copy of the judgment dated 07.01.2016, passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Writ Petition (C) No.1524 of 2015 (Prashant Bhushan vs. Union of India & Others), as also the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in his case. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the respondent no.3, i.e. the Regional Director, Passport Sewa Kendra (P.S.K.) (RPO) D. Block, Maurya Lok Complex, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, he shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
