JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That the petitioner above-named craves for indulgence of this Hon'ble Court by way of issuance of any appropriate order/orders, direction/directions or writ/writs, preferably in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent authority concerned, in particularly, the Chief Executive Officer (Respondent No.3) to accept the resignation of petitioner and give him N.O.C. and to pay his due

Patna High Court CWJC No.3341 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 amount for the period petitioner has discharged his duty for Jeevika in the District-Arwal after being selected as 'Young Professional' (YP-CF) on 11.09.2023 and remained working there till 14.12.2023, however, due to health problem he tendered his resignation dated 15.12.2023 to the District Project Manager, Arwal, requesting therein to accept his resignation and make payment of his due wages/salary for the work done, but the Respondent District Project Manager, Arwal instead of accepting his resignation and making payment of due salary issued show cause notice to the petitioner after rejecting his resignation application only to harass and humiliate him."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
