2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 180 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 24.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50285 of 2024.

4. A Seventy-seven year old man was severely assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner causing fracture. The petitioner is in jail since 13.04.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15160 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 180 of 2024.
