The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 10/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/308/504/254/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injury and the allegation, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 10/2020,
