The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2015 for offence punishable under Sections 143, 323, 341, 448, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(x)(2)(v) of the Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Taking note of the specific allegation made against the petitioner no. 1 namely Sohrab Quraisi @ Qurashi, I am not persuaded with the argument of Mr. Verma for grant of anticipatory bail and this application insofar as the petitioner no. 1 is concerned, stands disposed of with a direction to him to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4916 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 surrender and pray for regular bail which application would be considered by the court below on its own merit and shall be disposed of without being prejudiced by the order passed in the present application.

Insofar as the petitioner no. 2 Aslam Quraisi @ Qurasi is concerned, considering the omnibus nature of allegation present in the FIR, let the petitioner no. 2 Aslam Quraisi @ Qurasi in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This application is allowed in part.
