2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 499 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to his house, in the way, the accused persons surrounded him and started abusing him. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 assaulted him with lathi on his head, causing head injury. Thereafter, the informant tried to flee away but petitioner no. 3 caught hold of him.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. The members of defense side have also suffered injuries.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additioanl Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 499 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
