2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner gave iron rod blow on the nasal region of Amod Singh. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are Gotiya and there is admitted land dispute between the parties. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 12.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
