2. The petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2016 in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 224, 225/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the offence under Section 224 of the I.P.C. is bailable and the offence under Section 225 of the I.P.C. is not applicable in respect of the petitioner.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016.
