Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court at initial stage of the case but petitioner is in jail custody since 21.5.2016 and report of the trial court goes to show that up till now, charge cold not be framed against the petitioner and due to abscond of one co-accused, case is running for appearance of the said accused. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of para 3 of the petition. Considering the above stated changed circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siswan (M.H.
