The petitioner seeks bail in Pirpainti (Bakharpur) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2021 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 574 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and three live cartridges have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
