The petitioner is in custody in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.10.2018. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on confessional statement of co-accused Navin Ram.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11647 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014.
