The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohiuddin P.S. Case No. 50 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 364, 376, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act. Considering the post mortem report of the deceased, this case seems to be a case of suicide by throwing herself on the railway track, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
