The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 13.9.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.15759 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Referring to Annexure-4 it is submitted that charge has been framed in the case. The petitioner has remained in custody since 1.10.2020 and undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

No.10783 of 2022(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 taking into consideration the period in custody of the petitioner, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case no. 370 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj.
