The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections-272, 223 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-30 of the Bihar Prohibition Excise, Act. It is alleged in the written report that on confidential information, petitioner's house was raided and he was arrested. House of the petitioner was searched. It is alleged that 40 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from his house. The seizure list enclosed with the written report does not bear the signature of the petitioner.
