JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 20.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 16010 of 2016, wherein, the petitioner was granted liberty to approach the Superintendent Engineer, P.H.E.D. Purnea Circle by filing a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances and on such representation being filed, the Superintendent Engineer was directed to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

2. Opposite party nos. 1-3 have filed a show cause,

Patna High Court MJC No.518 of 2019(5) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 wherein, in paragraph No. 5 it has been stated that the Superintendent Engineer, Purnea Circle pursuant to direction of this Court dated 20.11.2017, passed a reasoned and speaking order as contained in Memo No. 396 dated 25.07.2018. The aforesaid order passed by the Superintendent Engineer, Purnea Circle has also been enclosed as Annexure - A to the show cause.

3. On perusal of the paragraph no. 5 as well as Annexure - A to the show cause filed, I find that the order dated 20.11.2017, passed in CWJC No. 16010 of 2016 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
