The petitioners pray for bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a), 32(ii) and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

95 liters of foreign liquor of different brands has been recovered from the house of the petitioners.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners are full brothers and nothing has been recovered from their conscious possession. Recovery has been made from the house, which is in joint possession of family. Petitioners claim clean antecedent and are in custody since 03.10.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 221 of 2021.
