The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62542 of 2023.

It appears that vide order dated 12.01.2024, the petitioner was granted bail, however, in the last paragraph of the order, the name of the Court has wrongly been mentioned as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Masaudhi, Patna as also the P.S. Case has wrongly been mentioned as Masaudhi P.S. Case No. 233 of 2023 instead of Masaudhi P.S. Case No. 233 of 2022. The said mistakes perpetuated since it was wrongly been mentioned in the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14471 of 2024(2) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 portion of the petition.

The order dated 12.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No 62542 of 2023 is modified to the extent that the last paragraph of the order be read as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Masaudhi, Patna in connection with Masaudhi P.S. Case No. 233 of 2022. The order dated 12.01.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 62542 of 2023 stands modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
