The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 332, 333, 353, 427, 156, 295(A) and 295 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners were identified in the mob of 500 to 700 people who were involved in brick batting and raising slogans which might have created communal disharmony during meeting of the higher authorities.

Submission is that name of the petitioners has been disclosed by the enemies. They have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the general and fake allegation against
