This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

From the house of the petitioner liquor as well as a country made pistol and cartridges were recovered. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 19.01.2017 and the recovery was not made from conscious possession of the petitioner. The record reveals that no other family member of the petitioner is accused.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances, the
